This Refund Policy applies to paid programs, courses, and services ("Programs") purchased through diabeatable.in. It does not apply to free content such as blog posts, videos, or social media posts, which are provided at no cost and are not eligible for any refund.
We understand that plans can change. This policy sets out when and how you may request a cancellation or refund.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel a Program or request a refund, please write to us at dr@saurabhbhatia.com or call +91 78755 64932, quoting your name, the Program name, and the date of purchase. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Refund Schedule
Our standard refund schedule is as follows, unless a specific Program states otherwise at the time of purchase:

Upto 7 days Before the Program start date- 50% of the fee paid
Program start date- No refund
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable, unless required otherwise by law:

Any physical starter kits, devices, or materials already shipped to you;

Any portion of a Program already delivered or consumed (e.g., completed coaching sessions, downloaded materials);

Processing or transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways, where applicable.

Any booked 1-on-1 consultation with the doctor will not be rescheduled or refunded for no-show. Reschedule requests can be entertained if sent on email at least 48 hrs before the event.
Program Changes and Cancellations by Us
If we cancel or materially change a Program before it begins, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative Program of equivalent value.
Method and Timeline of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days of approval, subject to processing times of your bank or payment provider.
Non-Transferability
Programs are personal to the individual who purchases them and are generally non-transferable to another person, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us directly so we can review your case. We aim to handle all requests fairly and promptly.
